Shipment Tracking

Shipment Tracking Guide

Track your international cargo shipped by Trio Overseas Exim and stay updated with real-time vessel movement and shipment progress.

1. How does shipment tracking work?

Once your order is dispatched, we share vessel details and shipping documentation. Using the vessel name, IMO number, or MMSI number, buyers can track their cargo across international sea routes.

2. When will tracking information be available?

Tracking becomes available once the shipment is loaded onto the vessel and the Bill of Lading (B/L) is issued. This usually happens after port clearance and container loading.

3. Which products can be tracked?

All exports handled by Trio Overseas Exim including Terry Towels, Millets, Baby Products, and Industrial Raw Materials can be tracked after shipment dispatch.

4. How accurate is vessel tracking?

Vessel tracking platforms use satellite and AIS systems to show the real-time location of ships, giving buyers accurate updates about shipment progress and estimated arrival time.

5. Will I receive shipment updates?

Yes. Our export team provides shipping updates including vessel departure, transit progress, and expected arrival information to ensure smooth international trade coordination.

6. Need help tracking your shipment?

If you cannot find your shipment information, contact our team and we will assist you with vessel tracking, shipping documents, and delivery updates.
